Directions
Take the exit at junction 30 of the M5. Take the A3052 along a dual carriageway towards Sidmouth / Exmouth. Take the 3rd
exit at the Clyst St Mary roundabout towards Exmouth. Go along another dual carriageway and then take the 1st exit off the
Clyst St George roundabout. This takes you onto the B3179 towards Budleigh Salterton. After a few miles the road will go
around a sharp right hand bend and up over the brow of a hill. Then you will come to the 30mph speed limit and the village
sign for Woodbury. At this point you will be at a X-roads. Turn right into Rydon Lane. Foxhayes is the only house on the right
- approx 250 yards down the road. Go past the old wooden gates (now sealed off) and go to the entrance with the 2 pillars
with foxes on the top.
Parking at Functions
There is plenty of space in the area outside of the house. The overflow cars should park on the field to the left of the top of
the drive. Just drive onto the grass with the front or back of the car facing the drive. Please do not park down the driveway as
cars would have to mount the lawn to get past and it took me a long time to repair the damage when this happened in the
past
